thanks Maz but it's hard at such a busy time as I'm sure you know.Got to go and clean the church this afternoon,just hanging back a bit as there has been a funeral and they have the use of the hall afterwards so need to clean in there too and put all the tables etc back

hello,just waiting for Tesco to deliver my shopping,not going out for it this week lol
lots of snow yesterday and overnight here but none as yet today

HIi all~~

Only just flakes of snow here ,but minus 4 degrees.
When I went out my hands( with thermal lined leather gloves) were painful.
I kept my coat on for 1/2 and hour after I got in and my fingers were white !

Bil supposed to be coming down from N Wales tomorrow so I hope it doesn't snow, he's retired s he can stay if we get any until it clears, bt obviously he wants to be with his children . I think the forecast is bad for the east and better for next week.

Take care and keep warm , my heating is on 25 degrees !

morning all ,now its holiday time my daughter and Boy friend are home they had a bad journey from stoke yesterday .
am going to asda later so will need skis as it is so icy here

Hi all~~
We had snow overnight, my bil always comes down the week before Xmas and we go to the cemetery together cos we have 3 wreaths on hubby's side we put on for Christmas.
Son was working until late and his car was first on the drive ,hubby had put mine on the drive ..in the middle so that bil could park outside.
My car is the best in the snow, and it is quite a hill to the cemetery, but we went in my bil car and failed to get up there, so it was shanks pony. and although I had thermal leather lined gloves my hands were frozen.
There are 3 different cemeteries, mil, fil. and step fil are buried in, all quite close together but there was a few inches of snow and I doubt even my little car would have managed them all :!

morning still bad here on the estate especially we keep getting light showers

Hi all~~

We had 6 inches of snow overnight, so hubby nabbed my car for work.

I wanted to do some last minute shopping, let's hope it is fine tomorrow.

It looked all very pretty as you say Maz , but its a pain in the bum!
