Hi Liz, will you do me a favour please, next time you are on will you put up that I won't be on for a few days as I have hurt my back and can't sit or do anything. I'm b*****ed to say the least. I have just got up to put puter on to pm you, now I'm going to go back to bed, only comfy place.

Just hoping all that dancing with joy at the news the cancer hadn't spread hasn't caused the back problem, bless her.
