Yes dumpling done in slow cooker, put them in about 30mins be for it done. Done nice and light, I could just eat them and gravy. |

Hi BC, no there has not been a slow cooker thread. as Jean says we could start one. Mine, I think, came from Lakeland, it is for two people, the smallest you can get and we love it, so easy to put the meat in in the morning and it is cooked in the evening when you want it and always so tender. I will put up a thread shall I? |

We are finishing off the lovely ham I did in the slow cooker, with homemade chips corn on the cob, J will want sprouts or something green... afters we have some fresh fruit that we will make into a fruit salad with either cream or ice cream |

Tonight we have devilled lambs kidneys with stir fry veg and rice. I know a lot of people don't like offal but we do and it is good for you, and what is more the kidneys for the two of us for the meal cost £1.21, can't get a meal much cheaper than that!! |
