Joy, I joined in your wave thread, because I thought it was just that, and nothing else. All those that were prior to me only waved to each other. I joined in merely to say I was having a slow start this morning, and as it turned out, that was my first posting of the day.
I am sorry someone misunderstood your motive, and as for last nights spats, I was not on the boards last night to see this, as I never am at night, so would not be waving to someone other than those on the thread.

How on earth could someone object to a wave thread - be it for peeps on the norty step or peeps in general??

We all post them and lots of us have had them !!

I wasn't objecting to it, Joy - was just not going to wave cos of who it might be for:))

Wave threads are *usually* put up when someone's been suspended so I don't think anyone was behaving like an idiot for assuming Joy's thread was for that.

i can comfirm the naughty step is empty
