Estelle has also blogged on the new tree, I had missed that so others may also have done.

PP, I think that if isolation between the new and old tree was the problem then surly logic would be that the new tree would also make the old tree have some errors?

The old one has now GONE

announced at 11:32 AM less than 2 hours, not much notice :-P

very unprofessional indeed:-P

Maybe they can now work on the New Tree in isolation - I did wonder if any of the problems were due to the site running 2 different trees at the same time.

Hope it does get sorted for all of you who do keep a tree on here. I sypmathise with just how frustrated everyone seems to be at present.

It would be better if the new tree worked before they removed the old tree but in classic GR style they have released this other new version that has faults just as did the old new version did,

Its very unprofessional to use the entire membership as guinea pigs rather than beta testing the product before launching and then blame members cache/browser/secrurity level for the problems they experience.
