I would like to complain in the strongest possible terms about the response to Bob saying he had lost his youth. It is s common expression and has nothing to do with his grooming or lack of it :-D

Has anyone yet asked officially why the bullying thread aged 6 months and Rose's recent thread about "are there signs of economic recovery" have suddenly gone. I feel sure the first one will be put back if someone asks - it was a long thread which named a couple of posters, but you would hgave to trawl long and hard to see anything wrong. And surely the second one is just yet another coq au vin, similar to the August thread on something suddenly appearing with all February 2012 dates. I know that is wrong because I wass not complaining about new tree till about 2nd August when it was finally retired (now erased according to a recent reply from a programmer)

If someone was offended by it, then GR will probably remove it..

I have been asking since saturday why a post of mine was removed...after three standard emails I got a reply which I was'nt happy about as I have seen far worse.

and although it's not malicious and is intended to stop duplicate searches, it does come across as though you're admonishing the poster. We're all for members pointing out someone else's error in a polite and friendly manner, but we deemed this post to be not in keeping with the spirit of the site and the boards, which is why it was removed.

The reason I asked if he had deleted the other thread. was because he said he had posted before and I could'nt find it as he had changed his name..........so some people will rr for no real reason or they dont like you....so really I think I was being bullied along with the other four posts rr'd on the same thread...which did'nt warrant it

Can't understand why it was RR'd in the first place, it hadnt turned just , just stating the obvious so I cant understand why GR deleted it. :-D

It is beyond my ken, as to why a posting on a thread that has been on the boards since March, should suddenly become offensive and warrent being RR'd. Now the whole thread has gone.
I think some people need to smell the coffee. What a small life they must live.
