Morning Wend, Hope your problem has "shifted."

I take Morphine constantly for my chronic illness that takes me more than often to St. Elsewhere. One side effect of this is constant constipation. So, I take Lactoluse every night, and though first prescribed by the doctor, it can be bought over the counter at a dispensing chemist. £4.80-£6.50, per bottle.

Hope your " movements" are happy ones.

Thinking of you

A big plate of porridge every morning.

I wouldn't advise figs though as the pips scratch your bum. !!!!

Of course, we don,t know why or what caused the bad back, Could it have been the exertions of trying to catch those Firemen when they tried to escape ? :-D :-D :-D :-D ;-)

Wend

Wend Report 8 Nov 2012 13:24

Possibly, Merlin, but it was more likely due to me flinging them over me shoulder :-D
