What a good idea for people who can't get there but as you say, amazing. |

We had a close family member die suddenly in Australia. The elderley parents did not feel able to cope with the travelling there. The funeral was broadcast online so his family in England felt part of the service it was also a comfort for the parents to be able to say there goodbyes. |

Apparently it seems to be quite a new thing. This is a new cemetery so maybe that's why. |

I think it's a great idea....except if everyone suddenly stops going to the actual service and only watches online, when they could have been there then it's awful. |

I think it is a good idea. My grand daughter loved my mum so much and still talks about things she done with her, and has said to me i would have liked to say goodbye to nanny nanny but i was too young to go to her funeral. So if it had been videoed she could have watched it now and said her goodbyes.. |

I think it would be extremely comforting to people who were unable to attend a loved ones funeral, it would be a way of showing their last respects. |

At my brother in laws burial in a woodland plot, 4 years ago, my sister asked her son to take photographs. Even though she'd asked him,to take the photo's, they both thought it a bit weird, and my nephew got strange looks from some of the guests. |
