Frost free upright freezers

They tend to be a bit noisier than non frost free, but I wouldn't do without mine.
Mine sound a bit like a motorbike revving up lol I only notice it now and again though, as I've got used to it xx

We have the 7 drawer Beko upright frost free fridge freezer, we keep it in the garage. Had it for about a year now and at the time was the only one recommended for outside (garage). I have no problems whatsoever with it, just seemed a little small after our chest freezer (which I could never get to the bottom of). Got used to it now though, and so easy to see what you want, and NO ICE.

Make sure it has adjustable shelves & that your freezer containers will fit!

We had an upright freezer for years. It died a couple of years ago. When we went shopping there was a fridge/freezer for $50 more than the price of a freezer.

Ann,,
the alarm is a feature of many uprights now depending on makes,,,,

plus a light on certain models and makes which some uprights dont have,,,
