I don't watch daytime TV but strangely we always prefer ITV news and weather in the evening because at least it more or less covers this area. And we have cuddly Bob giving us the weather most days. If we watch BBC local news we end up in the Birmingham area!!

Edit. Sue, not Jenny Hill. Yes, Jenny fits description but she has been on quite a bit. And Jenny is prettier. This one was on yesterday (Tuesday) and I had never seen her before. But thought she had something about her :-)

Jenny is a freelance Journalist who works for the BBC Breakfast when she is asked to do a story round and about the North..She worked for BBC Look North and did he journalism course at Cardiff Uni.

Has anyone else noticed that all weather girls, on all channels, always seem to get pregnant sooner or later. Maybe it's a prerequisite of the job!
I like Steph, too, she's really natural - not technically a Geordie, though, she's from Middlesborough.

Nothing to do with me. I refer you to my comments on another thread that I took bromide as an army cadet and it has worked for some years now. :-D :-D :-D

It's a nuisance when they do get pregnant because the bump tends to hide the Cornish weather.

Susanna is much better than Sian IMHO.

The taller ones hide S Wales, Ken. If twins, neither of us knows whether it is safe to go out. :-( :-(

Actually I don't live in Cornwall John but with 25% Cornish ancestry I am concerned about the county/country.

Here in "The Yeast" (as the announcer introduces the local news) we seem to have some very thin weather girls.
