	Went to the docs this morning for the results of my blood test, fully expecting to be put on tablets for cholesterol. Doctor said he was amazed at the result and I proved him wrong when he thought I wouldnt get it down by diet alone. He said he would have put money on it that I was on Statins already with that result. My cholesterol went down from 7.9 on 8th December to 5.4 when I had a second blood test last week. It has so been worth all the hassle of refusing everything in the sweet and sickly line since the beginning of December. Cant believe I have done it, lost about 10 pounds too. I have to carry on what I am doing but it has really spurred me on. Would love to lose another stone or so for 20th March, when we go away, and get it down even further.
