It's given me a craving for a really large organic sausage and would you believe it...not a sausage in the house...tsk tsk.... :-) :-) :-)

i normally but iceland sausage or richmond ones
but the other week i bought
two wild bore and onion
two beef and herbs
two pork with sage and onion
and two pork and apple

the bill come to £7.00 for 8 sausages i though that a bit shocking
but thats country butchers for you ;-) ;-)

you ought to see the state of some of the ancient old sows that are of no further breeding use, they use them in the making of Pork pies. :-D :-D

They put anything in them,on the programme it looked like Sludge,Yuk,the factory that was in this area closed down after the programme, :-( :-( :-( home made butchers ones are best from the local butcher.
