Yes, I thought that this may be the case.

Although new to GR it seems that this site has inherited many of the quirks that its parent site Friends Reunited had 10 years ago!

Friends Reunited could have beaten Facebook to it if they hadn't sat on their laurels.

It's good to see that there are some friendly experts on G.R. too!

Welcome to the boards Philip.

The contacts ought to be in a seperate tab. However, they were playing up a bit yesterday and may still be.

If it keeps playing up, it would be a good idea to contact support via the 'help' button near the top of the page. As GR technical team don't work over the weekends, you may not get a reply until the working week starts again.

Hi, I'm feeling my way around Genes Reunited.

When I see a little note in the corner with a number I understand that if I click on it it says, for example "4 family records " & "3 family trees". I have clicked on the "3 family trees" & found a useful contact.

However most of the time I click on the "Family Tree" button then nothing happens! - It just returns to my tree with no information box with the contacts in it.

What am I doing wrong please? Where are my contacts list?
