actually good for you? I love watercress and could eat it daily - much better vitamin wise actually than spinach.

Chris we have an actifry too . means we can have chips again that arent fatty . I buy oven chips so dont add even the scoop of oil they say and they come out crisp but not fatty .
The only time I fry is for Sunday morning brekkie and I dry fry too . we have black pudding with bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms. I only baste the pan with oil just to moisten it for the black pudding and then do the bacon etc in the juices. i put the bacon on kitchen roll when I take it out the pan to dry off any excess oil it may have from it own frying

I thought i liked all vegetables, turnips a little less than others maybe, and was delighted when somebody gave us some globe artichokes.

I could not believe how much I didn't like them, and persevered but I really didn;t like them. Nor did I like Jerusalem artichokes when i tried them.

Apart from those two,I love veg. There is not a fruit that I won't eat but I don't usually bother with physallis because they don't seem to taste of anything, apart from spit maybe.

That's a long list!

It would be easier to say what I don't like.

Love salad greens ~ I have them growing in pots just outside the back door, next to the pots of herbs.

I prefer my veggies raw, rather than cooked (except for potatoes & parsnips!), raw turnip is nice, don't like it cooked (except in soups, stews, or pasties).

Anything made with pumpkin ~ soup, scones, bread :-D

Watercress, rocket, any 'tasty' leaves (not insipid iceberg), most veg except chicory, asparagus and a couple of others.
Most fruit.
Love red, yellow and orange peppers, but not green!
Never deep fry anything and only have chips if we go out.

I like and eat just about everything, even liver and black pudding, though in moderation. Can't eat meat too often, so put that down to an age thing.
Eggs, cheese, full skimmed milk, fruit, veggies, salad, fish, but not cockles, winkles etc, and not much of a sweet tooth. I eat bananas and tomatoes everyday for the pottasium, on doctor's orders. Grow loads of salad, tomatoes and veggies, so plentyful supply.
Do get fed up of thinking what to have, as going through a spell of poor appetite, at the moment. Don't buy supermarket made-up food. Yuk, yuk.
