Don't know much about surnames, but my goodness, have you looked at some UK placenames ? :-D :-D :-D

E.g. Sandy Balls, New Forest
Fingerinhoe, Essex ((had to be, really !!))
Crotch Crescent in Marsden ..... and so on.
Some really 'knuckle' ones I won't refer to .....!

Even better if you look worldwide!! AND they are all REAL (google earth ;-) )
