My daughter ex has rung her today to say that he is not paying her the child support for next 3-4 months because his wont to move house. He also told her he is gettting £1500.00 bonus from work and that is for him and just him to go away with. We rung CSA and have been told that he can do this and they will look into it but it may take a year to sort. He has also rung me to say he wont his children on friday after school and will my OH or myselfe take them to him as he is not getting on the bus or getting a taxi.CSA have told her he has a right to see them but i do not see why we have to take them to him He never puts his hand in his pocket and buys them children any thing. I think he gone to far this time. |

He does have a right to see them but thats not to say you have to go out of your way to take them unless it's through a contact centre, He also has a responsibility to be their for them, |

He may have the right to see them but not just on his terms. I know though from family experience when you get an A hole they want things all their own way and will bleat when they dont and rush off to the solicitor putting the OH in the wrong somehow. . |

He has the right to see them, but it is up to him to transport them not you. Just tell him that the children will be ready for collection at * and should be brought home by * |

My daughter was taken to court by her ex to have the child. He has limited access and he has to pick up and drop off. The hand over is just them two so he cant get someone else to pick child up or dropped off. CSA are useless unless you keep ringing them. My daughter has had one payment since last August and nothing since. Last week she phoned and asked to speak to a manager. At long last he has 7 days to answer questions or now be arrested for default. Court still granted him to see the child without payment. |

Children are not pay per view which is why maintenance and access are dealt with separately. |
