I want to say thank you to all ..........

Those I chat to, banter with, laugh with, smile at, disagree with, shepherds hook me when its needed......

For those who welcomed me back after my long time away, for those who saw the change in me and believed in me on here, and for those who pm either with a smile or words of wisdom.....

Also thank you for your perseverance with my silly sense of humour and bad grammar......thank you for participating or answering a post I have posted......

I can only echo what all of you have said, Thank you, I think this is a lovely place with lovely people who take time to speak to others even though they don't always know them. I read most days and sometimes like today i even join in.lol.
I have always felt welcome on here.

Some of you are so quick witted and I really do enjoy the threads but I also enjoy the more serious threads which make me think.

I have never met anyone from here but I have an image of everyone in my minds eye and you are probably nothing like I imagine but you are all great :-D

Well, and thank you too from me, to all those ho have helped me track down those certain wayward members of my family.

Also a big thank you to those people who had nice things to say, and some good suggestions ( Prickles ) earlier in the week when my husband had one of his frequent lapses of manners. Cheered me up no end.

I always look forward to reading the boards, probably a couple of times a day, there are some very knowledgeable and friendly people on here, some feel like friends even though we have never met or most of the time, never "spoken".


Others are long gone and will always be missed, some are jolly grumpy and there will always be those who wind everyone else up the wrong way but it would never do if we were all the same.

Isn't it nice that we can have cyber friendships?
No one need feel alone when you can share your thoughts with someone who is at a distance.
This was not possible a few years ago,so we can think ourselves lucky that we have the Internet .
There are so many,and I know a few....who can't be bothered to get into this age of technology.Im so glad I did because this site has helped me through a lot of the challenges I have had over the last few years.its far better than sitting feeling sorry for yourself.

So thank you everyone for listening and sometimes advising...and giving tips....the list goes on...I look forward to spending ,hopefully,a few more years on Genes <3 :-) :-)

I too give thanks for the nice people I have met here over 9 years now. No longer being mobile now I really appreciate the friendship and advice, the laughter etc.
