Godrilla, you made me remember that during the war cats were often illegally sold as rabbit as they looked the same skinned with their heads and tails removed. As a child I was fascinated when I saw them hanging in the Butcher's shop and trying to guess which of the two they were. :-S :-S :-S :-S :-S :-S

P.S. they must taste similar as how did they get away with it???

If you get a bare carcass thats skinned etc, sort of fresh and oven ready.
I've been told you go by the Pink coloured flesh and the gamey smell.
