Well I would hope that stores were tested like they are with cigarettes and alcohol and hefty fines given for any not complying !!!! |

First reaction is that it is a good idea. And I sincerely hope any shop exchanging them for drink or cigarettes will be heavily peanalised (as they are for selling drink to minors). Presumably they will have a bar code that won't work against cigarettes, and only work if the food part of the order is enough without the drink (so people them have to pay cash for drink. |

Food banks provide a delivery service for those who are disabled ....but we must remember a lot of councils are backing these projects so YOU the council tax payer will foot the cost of those deliveries |
