Barb I used to enjoy being driven around rather than driving my husband but I love being out in the car by myself. Like you we had two cars until he retired and then when he did retire mine hardly ever came out of the garage so we sold it.

Martyn I agree, kids are baby goats.

Hello Mum and hello Nan are lovely and I hope I go on hearing them for a long time more.

I don't do the lottery so if I hear those words I will immediately think it's a scam!

The beautiful eyes phase obviously lacked a bit of sincerity

My husband didn't use the word hate, he said it was a very strong word and he would say detest. I had never thought about it until he mentioned it but now I am more inclined to detest something rather than hate it.

I fancy the words - "you've won the lottery"

A guy once said to me "You have the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen" - then he married someone else

Tenerife Sun. I've been driving for over 50yrs and used to drive all over the country with my job. We always had 2 cars until Oh retired and now only the one. When we go out together OH always drives and I hate it. H e critisizes my driving too so always have something with me to read or pretend to read. Divorce is always on the cards when we have a day out together LOL.

I always love to hear the words " hello mum or hello nan " I am such a wooz :-D :-D

edit. thinking on the same lines as you Joeva :-D
