Go down to the bottom right hand corner and click on the magnifying glass to zoom in or out. |

If it's the page size as PH said, if it's the text size on IE go to top left of the browser "view" or "page" top right, then text size and select what size you want |

If it has a scroll wheel and you inadvertently catch it, that can change the font size. |
