Thought I'd share this with you....nothing to cause an argument!!!

My son in Oz who some of you may remember lost his wife to cancer 3 years ago...well he is getting married on Saturday to a lovely lady who is a chef ,never been married and runs a cafe/restaurant.

She is taking something on with 2 teenage children so I do admire her.
I would have liked to go,but have had a few minor health problems so hopefully will go at a later date .ill have to make do with a video and photos.

He deserves to have some happiness as they did have it rough from the start of their new life and he had to manage his job and the children,so good luck to them.

What lovely news Brenda, you must be pleased that your son has found a new partner to share his life and hopefully be there for his children too, I hope they all get on really well and be happy again.

No one will take the place of your grandchildren's Mum but as with my partner's sisters, they will probably be glad to have a female to turn to sometimes as Dad's are good but not everything can be shared with them. My partner's sisters were in their early teens when their Dad married again and he has had many happy years with his second wife.

Hope you will soon feel well enough to visit again and get to know your new daughter in law.
