I've just done 50 (day 1), not sure if that's right. How many are you supposed to do on day 2? x

What is the 30 Day Squat Challenge?

It’s a simple 30-day exercise plan, where you do a set number of squats each day with a rest day thrown in every 3rd day. You start by completing 50 squats on Day 1, and slowly increase to a maximum of 250 by Day 30.

DET, I was stunned how hard it is, it doesnt sound hard! Did 50 on fri, then forgot on Sat and Sun. So started again today with 50. Legs feel like Ive run a marathon :-( wonder if it works.

I'm on day 28 and so pleased it's a rest day tbh it's not too bad, some days you just feel like not bothering . I have noticed a difference as that area is my problem zone lol I'm thinking of doing a mixture challenge after this for 30 days :-D
