I'm on day 28 and so pleased it's a rest day tbh it's not too bad, some days you just feel like not bothering . I have noticed a difference as that area is my problem zone lol I'm thinking of doing a mixture challenge after this for 30 days :-D |

DET, I was stunned how hard it is, it doesnt sound hard! Did 50 on fri, then forgot on Sat and Sun. So started again today with 50. Legs feel like Ive run a marathon :-( wonder if it works. |
