There are several results on the internet eg

What is the 30 Day Squat Challenge?

It’s a simple 30-day exercise plan, where you do a set number of squats each day with a rest day thrown in every 3rd day. You start by completing 50 squats on Day 1, and slowly increase to a maximum of 250 by Day 30.

Unless you're used to it, you're going to be really stiff in the morning :-0

I don't think that I could even do 2, let alone 50 - so well done you :-D

I've just done 50 (day 1), not sure if that's right. How many are you supposed to do on day 2? x
