This site helped me,not with adoption,but without it I would not have found cousins etc without it and most people will give you help when it's needed,good luck in the future with tracing your tree. <3 .

John, this is a thread about tracing a birth mother.
It is in no way, shape or form discussing the television programme. Please get your facts right before adding to a thread that is very serious!

It is certainly not a duplicate thread and it is wrong to stir up trouble on a thread such as this when it is patently obvious that it is very important to and potentially emotional for the original poster.

Looks like the post and view counter, got out of the wrong side of the bed this morning,

I think that this is not the thread on which to make thoughtless comments - well, is any thread for that matter?

People going through the adoption tracing process can find it very upsetting, even traumatic.

John - maybe, just MAYBE Louise does not want you to "find out how her personal story has developed" because it is very personal to her and not really anybody else's business unless she chooses for it to be.

This is a thread about tracing a birth mother and NOT some sensationalist television show.

I would respectfully ask that you leave Louise to her own thoughts

John I ask you to stop posting on Louise's thread, not only have you posted on it as well as others and like what has been said before Louise has only been posting since July if this does not put her off posting I don not know what will, and I actually know she was thinking of coming onto chat eventually......

I also know for a fact Errol has helped Louise in her search for her birth mother and given her advice and the support she needs due to him having experience in this field so think it is out of order what you have posted about Errol on this thread......

I too think this is not the thread on which to make needless comments. It was never a thread about the television programme.



EDIT - this makes little sense now (John has deleted his postings) , but will leave as I made reference to one of John's comments.

This started off as a serious thread asking for help.
It then became joyous because of a successful and happy outcome.
For that, I am over the moon.
A great shame that it has been spoilt through thoughtlessness.

But VERY GLAD to see that Johnloves... has removed his comments now.

Thank goodness for that. I was about to complain to GR - not by RR I hasten to add.

I suggest everyone removes posts which were in response to the initial inappropriate one.

I am so pleased for you Louise and hope that some of things in your life are now making more sense.

Why not stay with GR and research your family tree. It is a lot of fun and you will get lots of help if you want it.

Most of the members on here are house trained and friendly. :-D

Hello all the lovely people on my thread, looks like I've missed all the fun, whoever you are who's being thoughtless, you won't burst my BUBBLE.
All is going well I'm seeing my birth mum, regularly but taking it slowly, we have lots of similarities, and we are both overjoyed at being reunited.
