	Great to see you back and to know how well things are going for you now. The perfect time to be in a flat with a balcony, no gardening but you can enjoy the fresh air and views and dine al fresco! Lots to look forward to as well, life is being kind to you both. Enjoy Lizx

	That was a nice surprise = didn't see it yesterday. Welcome back and I hope the three of you will be very happy in your new flat. It does sound safer than the old one where Ed had his blanket pinched. Lovely to have a balcony too. I had wondered where you were. :-) <3
