Her name may have been Susannah but she may just have called herself Susan. That doesn't mean the census is wrong. She probably just gave her name as Susan if that is what she was normally known as. You will find that names change all the time on census returns. |

I've got the certificate with father and mothers name but I would like to have info confirmed on the censuses to correct it for other peoples who are looking for this family. The best I can do is Brower and some of the l siblings names are different on the censuses. |

You can't have censuses 'changed' George, here or anywhere, all you can have is the transcription error 'noted'. eg on Ancestry I can send a 'correction' when the name Fishlock appears mistranscribed Fishleck, but it is just noted beneath the original transcription. |
