I've had this problem. I think that there are people who are still registered on here who haven't logged onto the site in some time. Since they haven't deleted their accounts, the system thinks they are still members. |

I dont think its that members haven't deleted their account It more that they left but didn't delete their tree so matches still can happen :-( |

I have a cousin and a uncle who died about 5/8 years ago respectively who asked their trees to be kept open for others to use..If you locate another family member on Genes they will respond to your query...It works well in our family anyhow...Regards...LES. |

If an email address is no longer valid, a message arrives stating "not able to be delivered". Do GR get this message if a member changes their email address without notifying them - if so, could they advise the member who sent the message please ???? |
