I have just updated my browser (no idea what it's called, did it via Micr*s*ft).

Rebooted.

Is it my browser? I don't think so.

Should I contact Bill?

Hiya Scozz, I`m using Internet Explorer 10 browser, no problems here.
Have you tried updating Adobe?

AnninGlos Report 4 Oct 2013 12:50

I think those of us who still have them should be careful not to advertise the fact or we might lose ours!

Don,t get too emotional about your loss of emoticons Ann, I think its a GR. Desease which is spreading to all and sundry. I,ve still not got mine even though I did (Again) exactly what GR. Said.Don,t think its worth bothering about now.:o(((((>

Did you reboot after updating Ann ?

Looks like that's narrowed the culprit down by 2 anyway
Lets try 2 other options then

1. Clearing out all caches. (browsing history)
2. Activating, trying on/off with "Compatibility view".

What you on?... Vista or Windows 8, etc.

Would have thought Mr Rollo would have given the solution by now, him being so knowledgeable and all that, credit where credit due.. innit

Sorry Ann I meant do a "restart". ie ...shut down your computer, then "restart" it (switch on again).
Some downloads require a restart.

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 4 Oct 2013 14:28

Budgie ~
My computer is OLD (at least ten years old, I'll use it until it falls apart).

I use IE8 (still on XP) and I installed the latest version of Adobe this afternoon.

No joy.

Hmmm sounds as if the age of the computer "may" be a factor,.
I`m sure I read somewhere that even Vista were dropping support of new application updates, or something along that line, not too certain about that though.

Oooo... Scozz I used to love my IE8 and XP on my old computer, and even when I was on Vista.
I hate this bloody Windows 8, with all the silly picture boxes on my new computer, a step backward in my opinion. :-(
