No Steak & Kidney Pies

Best steak & kidney pies I ever had were up home in Scotland from local butchers, since moving down South I have tried several and eventually settled on Asda's Slow Cooked Steak & Kidney Pies - frozen and come in a pack of four.

Researching:
I am researching the Wotherspoon family from the Old/New Monkland areas of Scotland, some moved to the Leslie and Kelty areas of Fife and I'm having problems linking the Wotherspoon's from Leslie and the Wotherspoon's from Kelty. I am also researching the Clusker family from Co. Meath in Ireland who moved to West Lothian and from there to Fife............"Vita non est vivere sed valere vita est"

We drove past a stockist of Real Pies last week but it was out of hours and they were shut. We went to Asda as well and I forgot to look in the freezer section for their slow-cooked pack of 4 S&K.

But . . . yesterday in Waitrose OH with nose for reductions & bargains pulled out short-dated pack of 2 S&K puddings.

Yum! Fantalicious! :-)
