OH had a back tooth extracted last week. His previous dentist (now retired) had removed the top of the tooth but left the root as it was healthy.

New dentist didn't like this and said it would be better out. Lot of digging, pulling and pushing and 20 minutes later, it was gone. Total cost, on NHS, £13.50. We were expecting it to be more, so a nice surprise.
