Mersey, I applied for my mums birth certificate after she died and couldn't find the address in my old 1900 maps. So I went to the Records Office. They had a lot of records destroyed during the Blitz but managed to dig out papers stating her mothers name etc, Her mother was released after a couple of months into the care of her married sister who name and address I was given and I went from there. |
