Two weeks and I shall be packed and waiting to go to the airport :-D :-D

Well I am packing jeans,woolly cardi and a waterproof jacket..... :-D :-D :-D :-D

Sue it looks like I might be digging out the winter woolies *tuts* :-D :-(

I am trying to sort out packing for the end of the week, I think lots of layers will be the
answer but definitely mac brollies and boots. My son got me a pair of new Croc boots in a charity shop, I think they will be perfect, my crocs are so comfy. Such a shame it isn't guaranteed sunshine.

Not a problem Liz, Should have that the Monday I arrive, will be looking at the Wednesday or Thursday and possibly either Eckington or Chesterfield ...more than likely Eckington Library. :-D

I have to say that it seemed to drag at the beginning of the year but these last couple of months have flown. I an´t believe it is so close now. I have an alert for my boarding pass, Just waiting on Ryan for my return.

I will get on the plane but just heard that Spanish air traffic controllers are striking for 2 hrs in the morning and 2 hrs in the afternoon on the 8th June.....the day I fly :-0 :-0 :-0 :-(

I am flying into Manchester. Nice easy train ride to Sheffield. ;-)

Dont worry about clothes uzzi, im sure we wont notice what your wearing lololol

Two weeks today, I'm now panicking. Nothing ready yet as I had a flood at 3.a.m.Sunday 19th. The man from insurance came yesterday to look. said he was only here for the carpet. He then told me fitted furniture was part of building fixtures so a claims adjuster coming on Tuesday to sort that. Every room in the place full of kitchen and bedroom stuff, including a 5 foot bed plus drawers etc. Any burglar who sneaks in will have a nasty shock. I will just have to lock up and forget it and enjoy Sheffield!!

Liz we wont make Eckington Library on the Wednesday because the ruddy thing is closed all day (bit like Barnsley :-0 ) How very dare they just when I had my week all planned out. :-( I am going to phone them today and see if they have what I want or if I need to head to Chesterfield instead. *tuts*

I said to OH yesterday I´ve started packing to which he laughed :-S No he replied you have thrown everything on top of the case to leave it until the morning you fly. How well he knows me as he hadn´t even been down the bedroom :-D :-D :-D :-D

Districts I am looking at are all in North Derbyshire,,Holmsfield,Old Brampton,Brampton,Cutthorpe,Whittington and Dronsfield..

Cousin lives Dronsfield with another cousin's family living there also.
Another cousin lives Chesterfield.

Going Grave walking at St Thomas's church where all the family are buried.

Just got a marriage cert for a cousin that was a Detective Constable when he married in 1962..but Sadly has die 10 years ago.
