ADAM JONES

Wales Favourite- Tighthead Prop (number 3) Adam Jones has dramatically retired from Test Rugby at the age of 33.

This comes after he was left out of the Wales Squad for the Six Nations Championship 2015. Adam was also omitted from the Autumn Series.
.
His last appearance for Wales was in the first Test of the June 2014 Tour, when Wales was beaten by South Africa 38-16.

Adam Jones is one of the most successful players in Welsh Rugby History, with 95 Wales Caps and 5 British and Irish Lions Caps to his name.

Wales' Head Coach Warren Gatland joined in the tributes for Adam Jones, saying-
"There is no doubt that Adam has played a huge part in Wales' success. He has has 3 Grand Slams and a Six Nations Championship to his name. That is an unbelievable record"

Adam will continue to play for Cardiff Blues, who he joined last August on a 1 year contract.
