Morning OFITG,
All diddling fine but still getting over the scary drive home from work yesterday.
Snow fell heavily around 5pm just as I was leaving
My 5 minute journey took almost half an hour.
All downhill, the roadsurface turned to ice and the grit lorry was right behind me.

Not working today and I promised my little girlies that I would help them with their snowman.
My babies are both over 21yrs LOL :-D :-D :-D :-D

Lol Gin....you wouldn't of wanted to be out in this...it was a bit scary as the wind was quite strong blowing the heavy snow...it's calmed down for now :-D

GlasgowLass <3 I can well believe your 5 minute journey took almost half an hour, to this day I still remember one of my worst journeys ever in snow, it was in the late 1970's, worked in Edinburgh and lived in Rosyth, usual drive home30/35 minutes, the drive home that day took nearly four and a half hours, thr Forth Road Bridge was closed so I had to go via Kincardine bridge :-( worst nightmare does not begin to describe the drive home that day :-(

I am researching the Wotherspoon family from the Old/New Monkland areas of Scotland, some moved to the Leslie and Kelty areas of Fife and I'm having problems linking the Wotherspoon's from Leslie and the Wotherspoon's from Kelty. I am also researching the Clusker family from Co. Meath in Ireland who moved to West Lothian and from there to Fife............"Vita non est vivere sed valere vita est"
