He was born last Friday and they feared he had a blocked intestine or bowel as he was quite swollen around his tummy. He was taken into Neo Natal and underwent loads of scans and tests and also a biopsy poor little sausage. He could not feed and so lost 10 ozs in weight. Nothing showed up so they were thinking infection when all of a sudden he started feeding and functioning better. He was taken over to Alder Hey where they put him on loads of drips to keep his fluid levels up. They built up his amount of feed and it now looks like the little love will be home tomorrow hopefully. They will be checking him later and weighing him again to make sure he is ready. :-D :-D :-D |

Hiya Fly, thanks for asking. Hopefully he will be home tomorrow as he is coming on really well. His big sisters are just on their way to see him as he has now been transferred back from Alder Hey and back in normal nursery, no more Neo Natal thank goodness. |
