OneFoot, it does seem to be very popular. It is also half-term, so the world and his wife were out. A few years back I had a rather odd encounter in Bromley. I had arrived early for an appointment and decided to kill some time with a coffee. I sat down in a world of my own and a chap plonked himself down opposite me. He was very intent on chatting and it wasn't long before his life story was told. He told me he had originated from South Africa and was a Medic. Apparently he had married a lady who had mental health problems and she had thrown herself in front of the train at Bromley South. He said he had gone to the station to pick his wife up and Bromley South was swarming with police and emergency vehicles. Apparently, his gut feeling had been that something had happened to his wife. I won't say any more - really horrendous. Gosh, I left that cafe feeling so sad for the chap. I do believe he was genuine and not in some way odd :-(

Researching:
I am researching the Wotherspoon family from the Old/New Monkland areas of Scotland, some moved to the Leslie and Kelty areas of Fife and I'm having problems linking the Wotherspoon's from Leslie and the Wotherspoon's from Kelty. I am also researching the Clusker family from Co. Meath in Ireland who moved to West Lothian and from there to Fife............"Vita non est vivere sed valere vita est"

Home and packed away..M&S was packed they had some cooking demo on....so I skipped that :-D :-D :-D

My sweet goodies I got ....strawberry jam sponge....black cherry crumble..custards and devon rice pudding :-D :-D :-D
