	Evening yackers :-D :-D <3 <3 I had the honour of meeting a lovely elderly gentleman today aged 83, who was worn out and lost up town, he introduced himself by saying he was sorry he was slow but he had a speech impediment....I got all day I says. To cut a long story short he had applied on behalf of his poorly wife for a BLUE BADGE at County Council Headquarters in next town via form filling and post. They got in touch and told him all was in order they just needed photographic proof of his wife's walking stick, but not to worry he could take the photo to my town :-0 :-0 :-0 :-0 Jobsworth or what...am flabbergasted :-0 :-0 :-0

	I was upset I can tell you...after walking all round town I took him to the old council offices hoping the still used it for admin or something.....luckily after we rang the bell a very nice lady says...oh yes you need the library :-S :-S :-S :-S Bless him he said I don't know where the library is....it's ok I will take you and get you sorted......had to go to second floor, sat him down to get his breath and said you need to get your photo ready and I will have a word with Mr. Blue Badge make sure you are in the right place.......I left the photo in the boot of my car he says :-S :-S :-S :-D
