Was at GP yesterday for check up on BP
and she told me it was the highest it's ever been 188,
and that's being on tablets, told me to double the dosage
and she will see me in two weeks, sometimes I think you
just can't win :-)

I have a very odd & negative thinking colleague who is always reluctant to involve his GP in his ongoing medical condition. "Oh, I don't like to bother him as he is always busy".

Apart from using a big stick & an offer of a lift to the surgery, how else can I persuade this awkward fellow to do something?
