When hubby saw my letter..he said that his friend told him you have to apply...well mine just came automatically

Yes might be Belle, yes you will get it eventually Fly...everyone does.

My OH will be 65 next June Belle :-)

So your OH won't get the Allowance this year, Ann :-(

But it's my understanding that when he becomes eligible you both will get £100 each rather than £200 each ....in other words the max for those eligible under 80 per household is £200 :-)

Something like that Belle then you get an extra 25 if it is very cold 7 days on the trot
