The definition is found in four telegrams at the Truman Library and Museum in Independence, Missouri. The following are copies of four telegrams between President Harry Truman and Gen Douglas MacArthur on the day before the actual signing of the WWII Surrender Agreement in September 1945.. The contents of those four telegrams below are exactly as received at the end of the war - not a word has been added or deleted!

It's not so much annoying as just childish as I've done nothing to warrant this...unless I'm REALLY thick and totally missing the point. Yes I "argue" with a few on here but as adults it should be fine.......should be.........oh well :-D

It's about time they did it again.

This happened to me a few years ago, constant reporting.

GR actually did something about it and warned the malicious poster that their continual RRing would not be tolerated if they wished to remain a member.
