	yep, they're going to find out they fell for the glitter. Did you see where his wife had to nudge him at a ceremony this weekend to put his hand over his heart while the US anthem was being played? Tells you something!!!

	Hello Sylvia :-D Just when I thought it was safe-ish to turn on the news... up pops another election. :-( I am still reeling from Trump's election and have spent the months since veering between being appalled at, or sorry for, his supporters. I think those in the "rust belt towns" will suffer worst of all for putting their trust in him.

	good to see you back Rose xx but oh how I regret that you're having an election!!! Why??? well, we are 9 days into the provincial election campaign here, and I was soooooooooo looking forward to no election "news' or "false facts" or "nasty cracks' by going on-line to English papers :-( Yep .............. our local newspaper is running a Fact Check column. The reporters take a statement made by one of the politicians, do the check, and bingo .............. prove 'em wrong! Good to see that they are giving us the evidence about the lies and truth stretching ............... but blame him with the funny hair in that country below the line!

It's a shame that some people have to be so narrow minded that they read threads as a if they're looking for something to complain about. We do need chatty posts like we used to have. I haven't been looking in much for the last few weeks ,mainly because I had a cataract removed almost 3 weeks ago,,but the threads don't move as quickly as they used to do because we see they have been r r'd. :-S
