	Morning Belle and Von :-) A brighter start than yesterday and looks like it is going to be just as warm. Daughter is a bit pink after our day at the beach :-0 ...partly because she is so pale from always working indoors. She put suncream on, but you can see the bits she missed :-\| After my facial surgery, I always use 50 strength and had a hat too, so am OK.

	During our recent holiday we walked a few miles each day and decided we needed to do the same now we were home. ;-) Today we walked to our local town. Took a while but refreshed by a coffee when we arrived we did our shopping but opted to get the bus back home :-D Still a few steps short of last weeks effort but it’s a start ;-)

	Afternoon All. <3 :-D Had a great time with old school pals over lunch, even more hilarious than usual. Food was not particularly good (and we all ate differently) so will be going elsewhere in October. Warm here. Only dress and no cardie all day. :-D
