	All children who read to me are 'Free readers' so choose a book they like. The tapioca came in a book about school dinner ladies. Not sure what scheme they use lower down the school... used to be Biff and Chip going for adventures with a magic key. Oh... I remember those pirates... Roderick the Red etc?

	I can imagine Gwyn. :-D Are the books old given the vocabulary. I used the feel sorry for the girls who had to read pirate books not a princess in sight;-)

	Listening to readers sometimes brings it home how different things are now, when I explain words they can read, but don't understand. Tapioca...... a pudding made with milk and usually baked in the oven Blank look. 'A bit like rice pudding' More blank looks :-0 :-0

	My 3 all went to the school, so I have over 40 years connection.... wearing various 'hats'. I've been going there since before many of the staff were born :-0 :-D
