I'll condence the tale of woe. Sunday we were steam cleaning the chairs and settees, generally humping furniture around. Cream crackered we went to bed about 9pm. About 11 got a phone call to say an elderly relative of mine was feeling a bit poorly. Pulled on some clothes and got over there. Had to call an ambulance at 1am, spent the night in A&E with them having tests. At one point I was sitting in one of those high back chairs in the cubicle. I got up to move out of the way so they could take blood. Caught my shin on the stretcher and then banged my arm on the headrest! Anyway, they are more stable now, and back home.

I was exhausted on Monday, and have a bruise on both my shin and arm! :-D :-D

Told you I am not safe to be out alone, I am a walking disaster. :-S :-S

Been getting my things together and stock taking ;-)

Had fireworks again around 5ish this evening in daylight :-| Fortunately, they weren't as near as yesterday....not sure what is wrong with people around here :-|
I think we should have the noiseless fireworks which they have in Italy :-)
