Ann must have sent some of her Sahara dust in a south easterly direction.... I too saw the red sky / pink clouds this morning.

I was out blackberry picking before 9 am this morning so that I could take some to son, while we had the car out.
Access here is difficult, at the moment and involves a long detour. There is a road closure for gas mains work, which is planned for 14 weeks :-0 :-0

Went shopping and succumbed.....

.....We bought a box of Sainsburys mince pies
