	Afternoon Belle, Fly, Von and Maddie :-) It's been quite a pleasant morning here, - mild and sunny, but I think we are in for a soaking this afternoon :-\| Body still tuned to BST, so I was awake at silly o'clock. Just back from yet another blood test :-(

	Evening Von :-D <3 <3 Tis a wonder V has :-0 :-0 there is always something she “needs” even though the cupboards are bursting :-D :-D We went to a small cafe…first time for both of us although I have passed it many a time in the car. The tea and coffee was lovely….we had cheese n ham toastie with lovely crisps and homemade coleslaw salad and relish :-D
