	Evening Gwyn, Fly, Belle :-D <3 <3 <3 Pleased the surprise party went well and you had a good time. <3 Well I must say I am pleased it is the end of the week, cos it has been eventful. I think I have said before, we have a spiral staircase up to the bedrooms. For a couple of weeks, I have felt my balance has been a bit dodgy, and have sometimes wandered from one side of the pavement to the middle!! Yep, you guessed it, I fell down the stairs last Saturday Long story short, I was bruised but my chest was really painful. I managed an appointment at docs on Monday. Apparently I have pulled a muscle, so that explains that. While in there she took my temperature with an ear thermometer. I have an ear infection in both ears. No idea! Antibiotic drops and I am a bit more steady now. I tell you, I am not safe to be out alone. Never mind. :-D :-D :-D How is everyone tonight? :-)

	My cyclamens have really multiplied over the winter but they are not in flower, they normally flower late in the year :-D

	He has Belle…..After having a huge Sparkles sub roll loaded with ham, crisps yoghurt and a choc bar….he went home to have Pizza before heading off to the Gym…ain’t you going to be stuffed I says…..no worries Nan I will probably only have cheese n crackers/cereal when I get back fro there :-0
