My favourite group was 'Jonhy Kid and the pirates' and the 'Herd' as stood in for both their drummers on live gigs. Joy, if you knew Dave Bowie you must be from Beckenham? Regards from an old muso'.

Status Quo are playing live at Epsom Reacecourse this Thursday evening after the race meeting. I can't afford a ticket, but hopefully the wind will be blowing in the right direction and I will be able to hear them and rock away to my hearts content in my back garden. It's only about 800 yards away from the stage as the crow flies. My neighbours already think I'm mad - this will just prove it! LOL Sue

Did anyone see Bob Dylan when he toured the UK for the first time (1963?) before he went electric. I saw him on that tour at the Newcastle City Hall, the PA system went off and he just stood and talked to the audience for ages . . . . he was great!

THESE BOOTS ARE MADE FOR WALKING You keep saying you got something for me Something you call love but confess You've been messin' where you shouldn't 've been messin' And now someone else is getting all your best Well, these boots are made for walking, and that's just what they do And one of these days these boots are gonna walk all over you You keep lyin' when you oughta been truthin' You keep losing when you oughta been winnin' You keep samin' when you oughta been changin' Well that right and right but you ain't been right yet These boots are made for walking, and that's just what they do And one of these days these boots are gonna walk all over you You keep playing when you shouldn't be playing And you keep thinking that you'll never get burnt Well, I've just found me a brand new box of matches And once you know you ain't have time to learn These boots are made for walking, and that's just what they do And one of these days these boots are gonna walk all over you

JUDY IN DISGUISE Judy in disguise, well that's what you are Lemonade pie with a brand new car. Cantalope eyes come to me tonight Judy in disguise with glasses. Keep a-wearing your bracelets and your new rara. Cross your heart with your living bra. Chimney sweep sparrow with guise. Judy in disguise with glasses Come to me tonight, come to me tonight, Taking everything in sight, Except for the strings on my kite. Judy in disguise, well what you aiming for, A circus of horrors, yeah, well that's what you are. You made me a life of ashes I guess I'll just take your glasses.

Little Children Lyrics Artist: Billy J. Kramer Buy Billy J. Kramer's CD LITTLE CHILDREN Billy J. Kramer (Schuman/McFarland) - as recorded by Billy J. Kramer in 1964 Little children, you better not tell on me I'm tellin' you Little children, you better not tell what you see And if you're good I'll give you candy and a quarter If you're quiet like you oughta be And keep a secret with me I wish they would go away Little children, now why aren't you playin' outside I'm askin' you You can't fool me, 'cause I'm gonna know if you hide and try to peek I'm gonna treat you to a movie Stop your gigglin', children do be nice Like little sugars and spice You saw me kissin' your sister, you saw me holdin' her hand But if you snitch to your mother, your father won't understand I wish they would take a nap Little children, now why don't you go bye-bye Go anywhere at all Little children, I know you would if you tried Go up the stairs Me and your sister, we're goin' steady How can I kiss her when I'm ready to With little children like you around I wonder what can I do around Little children like you david my brother-in-law went to the isle-of-wight pop festival as well in the nuddie. jenny
